I’m new to facials. Which treatment should I book?
Choose your facial based on your time, budget and the level of treatment you’re looking for: The Essential (35 minutes), The Signature (60 minutes) or The Advanced Skin Ritual (90 minutes).

Every facial is personalised to your skin, so you don’t need to know exactly what it needs before you arrive. We’ll discuss your concerns and goals, then tailor your chosen treatment to you.
How do I choose a treatment?

Can you help me build an ongoing skin care routine?
Yes! We can help you build a skin care routine that suits your skin, goals and lifestyle, with personalised advice and product recommendations to support your care between appointments. A selection of these products is also available at the spa.
Can I book multiple treatments in one visit?
Yes! Simply add your chosen treatments when booking, and we’ll arrange them in the best order for a relaxed, seamless visit. We also offer multi-hour spa packages, or you can create a combination that suits you.
Is parking available?
Yes! At our Falcon spa, parking is available directly outside in the car park. At our Alkimos spa, you’ll find parking along the road.
